Legal Advisor

Membership Department
 

The RCCI Membership department serves as a gateway to the Chamber. As soon as membership is obtained members are eligible to avail several valuable services of the Chamber. The membership department offers following services:

  1. Membership Record:
    Membership Department Maintains up to date information and record of member’s to be used as authentic and certified reference wherever required and provide list of all member.

  2. Membership Card:
    Issues membership cards to all members.

  3. Certificate of Origin:
    The Government of Pakistan has designated the Chambers as authority to issue certificates of origin and mandatory for exports.

  4. Issuance of Visa Recommendation letters:
    Chamber issues the Visa Recommendatory letter to all the embassies for grant of Business Visa.

  5. Issuance of Foreign Exchange Letter:
    Chamber issues Form T-2 for foreign exchange from the Government of Pakistan to Business men visiting abroad.

  6. Issuance of Status and Reference Reports:
    Foreign Embassies and certain other agencies seek status reports from the Chamber regarding its members. Such reports are given due consideration and help in promotion of business of members.

  7. Attestation of Documents:
    Commercial documents such as invoices, pack aging lists, agency agreements are attested by the Chamber.

    News Bulletin.
    Chamber Publish monthly bulletin for the benefit of the members. The Bulletin covers all information regarding Trade Inquiries, Trade Fairs and Exhibition in Pakistan and all over the world and covers all latest information.

    Company’s Information
    The member can get the address of the foreign companies by consulting the RCCI commercial Library.

    Business Meetings
    Chamber arrange business meeting with various Organizations, Department, Association, Foreign Delegation etc.

    Concession
    Members can avail concessions in recognized hotels and hospitals.

    Disputes Settlement
    Chamber provides arbitration for the settlement of disputes arising out of commercial transaction between parties willing or agreeing to abide by the judgment & decisions of the Chamber.

    Fax and E-mail
    Members can get the facilities of Fax and e-mail through Chamber.
