I feel extremely honored to be the President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, one of the pioneer business associations of Pakistan established in 1952.

Chamber has raised the voice of business community regarding all the matters affecting economy, with special emphasis on those impacting the Rawalpindi region.

Today with the grace of ALLAH Almighty, we are heading to achieve our aims and objectives with profound excellence in business practices and striving for better business environment in the region.

Like our founders we will remain committed to move forward and to take new initiatives for this institution along with carrying the established goals of the past.

We are aware that the business environment is changing rapidly. The challenges Pakistan is facing today are alarming: ongoing fiscal crisis, unemployment, a fragile economy, problems like energy crises, the uncertain political environment and inflation desires us to envisage number of strategic initiatives to meet the challenges on the way.

I firmly believe that every difficult time provides an opportunity to overcome our weakness, to step forward to develop our strength and to be able to unite for community’s well being. Therefore I believe that in order to achieve a true recovery and sustainable growth as a nation, Pakistan has to unite, revitalize the performance of enterprises and will have to enhance their overall capabilities.

In my view, we need to provide tailored and detailed forms of assistance that address the business challenges faced by individual companies and traders. This can be achieved through well-developed management support programs in close coordination with our members, partners and policy makers.

We are highly motivated for taking new steps to deepen our connections with the policy makers, and to ensure that the voice of community on tough issues is merged with national policies.

We intend to continue the process of innovation that does not only mean creating awareness amongst our members but the usage of science and technology to compete globally. I assure you to do everything I can, to support our members', to achieve a healthy and competitive business environment.

We aim to support individual companies in their efforts to go global and heighten Pakistan in the international market through delegations and exhibitions along with the regional promotional activities.

Our agenda is to initiate new and mutually benefiting projects with our partners in order to equip our R&D and delegation services to our members with profound concern and dedication.

We as Leaders will focus on activities that address real issues pertaining to economy and will surely incorporate the ideas for the resolution of said issues. We aim to enhance communication with our members at swift basis.

I assure you that we will continue to endeavor and demonstrate our strength for benefits of business community. I assure you my honest and fortnight strives to solve all your issues.
